The primary team at Juno House consists of therapists (clinical social workers and psychologists) specializing in the treatment of adolescent girls, young women and their families.
Juno House also works in partnership with off-site primary health care providers such as doctors, pediatricians, and psychiatrists to provide consultation to families, and training to family doctors in the role of monitoring such issues as eating disorders.
Nutritionists and personal trainers are also part of the team and accessed at the appropriate time in treatment, on site as much as possible, or at the service provider’s location.
Juno House also consults with any other community resources that may be necessary, such as emergency hospitalization, and joint therapy with other residential hospital programs or day treatment programs that the client may require.
